The plateau is finally over! I am finally back in One-derland. I haven’t seen this number since the fall of 2011.
I am so happy that I stayed with this and did not give up even when I really was doubting myself.
Down 15.2 overall!
What I’ve gained:
- A new outlook on life.
- Muscle.
- A love of running.
- Confidence.
- Healthy eating habits.
- Strong drive and will power.
- Knowledge that I can do anything.
- Happiness.
What I’ve lost:
- Weight.

I wonder how good I would be at the things I gave up.
Like I gave up guitar a couple of years ago, and I always wonder how far/good I would be at it have I had stuck it out.
I also gave up tennis, dance, and sewing.
So weird how you can either better yourself, or kinda just coast at where you are.
And I always think that I will not regret learning a new skill, but the early stages of getting into something is the most discouraging, which is so weird/sad because that is why so many people give up on hobbies/interests.
Just a thought/ramble.
i am the next Springsteen, i am tellin you.
